Return Process

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refund/Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange/store credit as requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it is processed.
